Mannn listen , I saw this food truck on IG and was curious to try and I’m glad I did . The food was sooooo good and full of flavor ! I got the empanadas ( cheese and beef) made of plantains and something else that I can’t pronounce. I wish they had take home menus , maybe they did and I just didn’t ask . They only critique I would give is to have the items numbered, it will make it easy for non-Spanish speaking people to order . I’m glad this truck is open late , I AM DEFINITELY RETURNING !
Salchi carne asada with half fries and half yellow rice was amazing! My coworkers loved all their food as well. We are heading back again today for lunch because it’s just that good.
Spring valleys best kept secret, they open for lunch, dinner and sometimes late night which is great for the midnight cravings. They have amazing food to choose from, and the location is inviting, colorful and even a little patio area for seating. This little gem of a food truck has everything that you can crave for
My boyfriend and I stopped by here on a whim during a road trip back and we were both very happy with everything. We pulled up and ordered, then I quickly realized that the 15 cars around us were people waiting for their food. It was wonderful, I'm willing to take a road trip just to come back and get more.

Visited the new Nanuet location, besides doors being extremely hard to open( had note on door being worked on) the place looked great. Open and modern floor plan with good lighting. As for the food: best way to describe is modern twist on South American Street food. Everything seems to be made fresh to order, their juices tasted so good and fresh. Wife and I shared a mixed patacon sandwich, mixed corn bowl and cheese stuffed plantain. Everything had great flavors, proteins were seasoned perfectly and both sandwich and bowl had plenty of meat. Would definitely recommend the patacon sandwich!! Overall good friendly service that explained menu and fresh, tasty food. If they can maintain this level of service and food, this place will be a hugh success. Would highly recommend!!
